The holiday apartment offers three rooms across approximately 65 square meters: a living room, a bedroom, and an eat-in kitchen with a sofa bed. The bathroom features a washbasin, toilet, urinal, a bathtub with shower, and a separate glass shower cabin (70 × 80 cm). The apartment is on the first floor of a very quiet house. The property, about 3,000 square meters in size, is at the end of a low-traffic cul-de-sac, far from any through traffic. The train station is about a 12-minute walk away, and the town center is around 17 minutes on foot. A scenic path leads along the Danube riverbank to the next bridge. There, you can cross the Danube and enjoy a wonderful view of the green banks. Afterwards, it’s just a short stroll through the Prinzenpark to reach the town. The Danube cycle path is also nearby. The house is on a slope. From the garden and the apartment windows, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Danube and Sigmaringen Castle. A secure garage space for bikes or motorcycles can be offered for an additional fee.

Our 45 m² apartment Nest in Sigmaringen features step-free access and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space includes a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 2 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Enjoy your own private balcony with direct access to the garden, perfect for relaxing in the evening with a wonderful view of Sigmaringen Castle. The apartment stands out for its peaceful location. A bus stop is just 5 minutes away, and two restaurants can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The castle is a 15-minute walk, and a public outdoor pool is also 15 minutes away. Cycling and hiking trails start right outside the door. Shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes, the city center in 10 minutes, Lake Constance in 30 minutes, and the hospital in 10 minutes. Parking is available on the property, with additional free parking on the street. Families with children are welcome. Smoking and parties are not allowed. There is a storage room for motorbikes and bicycles. The property provides guidelines to help you separate waste correctly. It also features energy-saving lighting and partially uses electricity from photovoltaic systems.
